Sebastián Tadeo Ochea Ruiz
Modern Foreign Languages Coordinator, Spanish and Media Studies
Sebastián Tadeo Ochea Ruiz graduated from the Universidad Santa Maria. Caracas, Venezuela In 2009 where he earned a degree in Mass Media Communication. One year later, he arrived in Slovakia and started work at the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius Trnava, Slovakia as a Mass Media Communication and Spanish teacher. In 2013, Mr Ochea moved to Bratislava to teach young learners of English before joining the English International School of Bratislava.
During his time at EISB, Mr Ochea’s responsibilities included planning and conducting activities to provide students from the Middle Years Programme with opportunities to observe, learn, question and investigate on a variety of topics regarding Spanish language. As Head of MYP Language Acquisition Mr Ochea coordinated planning, standards and procedures in Language Acquisition.
Mr Ochea joins Kings having recently completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.
