Nurturing

(Caring, Kind, Supportive)

A nurturing person is someone that cares for someone or something. Providing encouragement and support to children and colleagues

Honest

(Transparent, Have integrity, Trusting)

An honest person is someone that tells the truth, and does not try to deceive people or break the law.

Positive

(Welcoming)

A positive person is someone who looks towards the good side of things and showing certainty. An example of something positive is a good attitude.

Flexible

(Adaptable, Willing)

A flexible person can cope with changes in circumstances and think about problem and tasks in novel, creative ways. This trait is used when stressors or unexpected events occur, requiring a person to change their stance, outlook, or commitment.

Inspiring

(Creative, Motivated, Innovative)

An inspiring person is someone that offers something valuable, uplifting which motivates others to bring out the best in themselves. To be inspirational is to lead by example and encourage others to feel there is something worthwhile to become and do.

Humble  

A humble person is someone who does not boast, brag or otherwise self aggrandise. They practice humility by knowing they are not any better or any worse than others.

Reflective

A reflective person is someone that thinks before they act. The use of critical thinking processes referring specifically to the processes of analysing and making judgments about what has happened.

Collaborative

A collaborative person is someone who prefers working practices whereby individuals work together to a common purpose to achieve results and shared rewards.
