About Us

Kings Schools International, Bratislava offers a stimulating academic programme in English for international and Slovak day students ages 3 – 16. Our programme brings together the very best practices in international education, and encourages students to come alive in pursuit of meaningful and purposeful study.

Our students enjoy a low teacher to student ratio with small class sizes, superb facilities and a school campus that is second to none.  This affords us the opportunity to work personally with students and ensure that all their educational needs are catered for.

Our Philosophy

Kings Schools International Bratislava believes that learning is an organic process that evolves at different rates and in various ways for each individual. We aim to spark curiosity in students and teachers, which motivates and drives teaching and learning and do so by giving equal weight to academic, creative and physical aspects in the personal development of everyone in our care. In this way, our students and teachers are provided with broad and rich experiences with which to discover their true potential.

Our Mission

Kings Schools International Bratislava promotes an inclusive international community, which promotes lifelong learning, creativity and global awareness, in a caring and supportive environment.

We provide educational experiences based on rich concepts of human creativity and intelligence, which nurture and develop the wide diversity of talents, interests and abilities within the school community.

It is our mission to ensure students are provided with opportunities to realise their hidden talents and interests and excel as creative and motivated life-long learners.

Challenging Paradigms

We strongly believe that paradigms, or ways of thinking and doing things, need to be challenged if we, as a school, are going to improve and grow to maturity. We therefore believe an environment of acceptance for new ideas and challenges, of “nothing is sacred”, of “everything can be reviewed”, needs to be instituted, where even the CEO can be challenged if employees have reasonable belief in new ideas and research to change the way things are done. This takes good leadership to ensure an environment of trust and a willingness to learn and grow for all members of the school community.
